Insurances Accepted:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts : BCBS requires approval via prior authorization for psychological/neuropsychological testing (not required with commercial PPO & Indemnity plans).
Self-Pay with Out of Network Insurance benefits
An itemized invoice or bill of services can be provided if you have out-of-network benefits that allow you to be reimbursed for services provided. Payment plans offered

Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation of Risk Assessment
- The fee for a comprehensive evaluation (e.g., juvenile risk assessment, diagnostic evaluation) includes services that are either not covered by insurance or only partially covered by insurance given the breadth of services.
- An itemized estimate of cost will be provided at the onset of services, following an initial consultation.
- The rate and total estimated cost will be determined based upon information gathered during the initial consult. Only a portion of services might be covered by your insurance.
Individual Consultation Only Fee: The fee for consultation is only applied if the consultation appointment is distinctly separate from an evaluation. The current rate is $300 per hour.
Organizational Consultation: Estimated cost is based upon need; rates negotiable
