Postdoctoral Associate
Jeta Patil is a postdoctoral associate who enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health conditions, substance use concerns, and stress-related difficulties. She has experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy in outpatient clinics, community mental health, hospital, and Veterans Affairs settings. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Jeta believes that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
In addition to psychotherapy, Jeta conducts psychological and neuropsychological assessments for adults, providing comprehensive evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
